If you’re a student, you can file for as little as $60.  It is important for students to file a tax return each year, even if your net income is $0.00, because your tuition credits will be recorded and carried forward to future years tax preparation, and because you maybe entitled to tax credits like the GST/HST tax credit, and Ontario Trillium Benefit tax credit (OTB).
